Our Story
Founded Rapidez Group in 2010 as a premier executive search partner specialized in confidential & Headhunting searches for CXO & C-suite for diverse industries.
When Prashanth Mudaliar began his journey, few could have predicted the profound mark he would leave on the world of executive talent. A first-generation serial entrepreneur, Prashanth’s rise began right after graduation to disrupt human potential.
Started as Freelance Technical Recruiter, later ascending to Associate Director of Global Recruitment. In 2011, he acquired Rapidez HR Global Services, a firm that would soon become a force in executive search and talent consulting, touching lives and organizations across the globe.
A True visionary noticed a growing gap that even accomplished leaders struggled to communicate their value in today’s competitive market especially in a world dominated by automated applicant tracking systems (ATS).
By 2018, He founded Rapidez Writer, a division dedicated exclusively to Human driven Personal Branding, executive resumes, and transformational career storytelling for leaders—the CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers striving for their next big leap.

In 2015, Prashanth Mudaliar sat across a frustrated Fortune 500 CFO. The executive had a 25-year track record of turning around billion-dollar companies—yet his resume read like a dry obituary. “My career is a novel,” he told Prashanth, “but this feels like a footnote.”
Prashanth knew this pain intimately. As a recruiter for 12 years, he’d seen 9 out of 10 leaders undersell their genius. Resumes were tombs of bullet points, burying human brilliance beneath jargon. Worse, AI tools churned out soulless templates that made exceptional leaders blend in.
So he did something radical: He threw out the rulebook.
